The North Face presents “Jalpack Tash – A Kyrgyzstan Epic,” following team athletes Leah Evans, Izzy Lynch, and Mike Hopkins across the world to the country of Kyrgyzstan. A place many are unfamiliar with and made up of over 80 percent mountains, ski tourism in Kyrgyzstan offers a glimpse of a future for the economy in the post-Soviet collapse. Touring out of a traditional yurt, first descents and fresh lines were a mere bonus for The North Face crew as they wrap up a cultural exploration through the heart of Central Asia.
