For most folks, thoughts of summer shredding are limited to Northwest glaciers, trips to Mt. Hood and Whistler. But there’s another spot for sunshine park pow and shuttle-accessed BC laps…Beartooth Basin Ski Area, near Red Lodge Montana, for the fouth annual Beartooth Summer Session.
Going down from June 5th to 8th, the Summer Session takes place just 25 miles out of Red Lodge. Presented by ON3P skis (who will have free demos at the event), it includes 1,000 feet of lift-accessed park laps and, for the first time, 3,000-foot of backcountry corn via truck shuttle and one helluva good time. Tickets are $40, but sign up soon–spots are limited.
