Red Run: Ashes at Sheffield’s Abandoned Ski Village

Sheffield Ski Village was once the crown jewel of United Kingdom’s sporting capitol–that is until a fire forced the hill to close down in 2012. In an effort to raise awareness and help reopen the village, a small crew of shredders including James Woods, James Machon and Katie Summerhayes head to Sheffield’s charred slopes, conjuring ghosts of the glory days–and potential images of an even more promising future.
