In the first episode of their “Seeking Nirvana” series, a crew of Whistlerites head into the mountains around their home village, searching for new, unexplored zones in their own backyard. It’s a battle during an El Nino year, but a challenge they’re determined to conquer–and, from the footage, they do in a resounding way.
