The Super C: Conquering Chile’s Most Notorious Couloir

As skiers flock south for the summer, GoPro athlete Chris Davenport and Sierra Quitiquit head to Chile’s Portillo resort, to tackle the “Super C” couloir. The 5,600-foot chute is a behemoth, only reached via foot power and one of Davenport’s favorite descents. So toss the skis on your pack and lather on the sunscreen, because it’s one hell of a climb.
