Jacob Wester has spent the last 15 years as a professional skier. From his earlier days as a highly decorated slopestyle and big mountain competitor, with an X-Games medal and several other podium finishes to his name, Jacob has transitioned to new and uncharted territory for a former freestyle skier – into the domain of ski-mountaineering. Although never forgetting his roots, Jacob has spent the last several years learning the ways of big mountain skiing in the peaks around Chamonix.
