Easter on the Isskard Glacier
Some people spent this Easter Sunday looking for eggs; Norwegian Nikolai Schirmer spent it crushing couloirs, spines and monster cliffs on Trollvasstinden, a massive peak in the Lyngen Alps. Schirmer is relatively new to the big mountain scene, but is quickly making a name for himself–the surfer, filmer, director, editor and fourth year law student slays as hard behind the camera as he does sending cliffs in his winter hometown of Chamonix…or on a glacier in the middle of northern Scandanavia.
