When does my subscription expire? – You can view your subscription status under My Account.
I forgot my Login / Password – You can update your login and password information under My Account.
Do you accept photo and word Submissions? – Photo and word submissions are accepted and encouraged. Check out our Submissions page for more details.
Do you sell gift subscriptions? – Of course. At checkout you can indicate who and where the shipment is going, and you’ll have the option to add a gift note if you please.
How do I manage auto-renew? – You can view and update credit card information or cancel auto-renew on My Account.
What payment methods to you accept? – The Ski Journal accepts Visa, Discover, American Express and JCB card payments. Past issues and other merchandise may be purchased via PayPal.
How are orders shipped? – All subscriptions are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). All merchandise is shipped via UPS or the USPS, depending on weight.
How do I track my package/order? – Tracking numbers can be found on the receipt that was sent to you at the time of purchase, or under My Account.

Where are magazines sold? – The Ski Journal is sold at top booksellers and newsstands such as Barnes & Noble, REI, Hastings, Chapters, Virgin Megastaores, MEC, London Drugs, Powell’s.
